The Board formulates and safeguards the Vision for 'Pride in Camp Hill' and agrees the Business Plan and sets the policy framework. Five resident representatives and 3 alternate residents’ representatives sit on the Board as Directors, along with an independent chair, Advantage West Midlands, representatives from Warwickshire County Council and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, Warwickshire PCT, CSWP, Princes Foundation and local businesses and services.
Since becoming a Limited Company early 2001, the Board Directors have continued to ensure effective delivery with a clear aim to facilitate and procure the physical development and regeneration of the Pride in Camp Hill initiative, to help build on existing community strengths to create a strong and vibrant future community in Camp Hill. The Board meets on a quarterly basis, incoporating an Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The final piece of the jigsaw is the promotion of Camp Hill Neighbourhood Co-ordination, which will ensure sustainability for the long term management of the area and a targeted approach to tackle local priorities.
