Are you looking for a volunteering opportunity in the community? Well, look no more,  The Home Delivery Library Service is a free service to Warwickshire Residents who are unable to access their local or mobile library due to ill health or infirmity and they are looking for volunteers.

The service has a number of volunteer roles, including delivering the books to customers, helping them to select their books and assisting with the shelving of returned books.

Volunteers visit in pairs, using a transit van provided by the Library Service.  Currently the Service is looking for a pool of volunteers who would be willing to be called upon on an ad hoc basis, although it may be that there will be a regular role in the future.

If you have a few hours to spare each month, please contact the Mobile Library Service on 019 2685 1031 or email mobilelibraryservice@warwickshire.gov.uk.
