Phase 3 Delivery

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC) is responsible for the management and delivery of Phase 3 of the redevelopment.

NBBC Housing Department will be working with residents whose homes have been earmarked for demolition and have appointed a dedicated Camp Hill Housing Liaison Officer to assist residents.

One to One Interviews

 The Camp Hill Housing Liaison Officer will contact you to talk through your re-housing options on a one-to-one basis, regardless of whether you own your own home or rent from the council or privately. This will normally be 6 - 12 months before your home is required for the redvelopment.

The one-to-one interview is an opportunity to spend time discussing personal circumstances and hosuing options available to you and to find out where to get independant advice if you so wish. This will ensure that you are given good information to help you make informred decisions about your future.

If you own your own home, you will also be contacted by an independant Valuer who will negotiate with you to purchase your home.
