Ian Green, Project Manager on the Saxon Rise development has been awarded the NHBC Regional Award for the West Region, after previously being awarded his ninth Pride in the Job Award.

Ian has been celebrated for his excellent work at Barratts Nuneaton development Saxon Rise.

Ian has been with Barratt Homes for seven years and has won the prestigious Pride in the Job Quality Award a total of nine times, including five years in a row for the Saxon Rise development in Camp Hill.

The NHBC awards are dedicated to recognising Site Managers who achieve the highest standard in housebuilding, and Ian scooped the award for the West Region’s Large Builder Category.  He will now go on to be considered for a national award.

On top of his recent accolades, Ian has recently been promoted to Senior Project Manager as recognition for his hard work in Saxon Rise.

Ian said, “It is amazing to achieve this award at such a challenging site.  I could not have achieved this without the fantastic site team at the development,”

John Fitzgerald, Managing Director at Barratt Homes Mercia, said, “Here at Barratt Homes we pride ourselves on our high standards of housebuilding but this applies to our staff as well, who we work with very closely.

“By employing excellent team players we can ensure that our trademark high quality is maintained across all of our sites and Ian is certainly no exception here.

“We would like to congratulate Ian on his success and wish him all of the best in the national awards.”
